CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. (WJAC) — Pennsylvania state police say a fugitive college student wanted in the killings of two people in Connecticut is now believed to be in Hagerstown, Maryland. Authorities say they believe 23-year-old Peter Manfredonia was spotted Tuesday night in northeastern Pennsylvania which prompted a fruitless hours-long search. Troopers said Wednesday, Manfredonia was possibly sighted at a Sheetz in Chambersburg and they later recovered a stolen Hyundai Santa Fe at the same Sheetz.
