Johnstown, PA (WJAC) — Local wrestler and former World Champion Bo Bassett announced on his social media pages that he has signed his first NIL deal with the athletic recovery company "Ice Barrel."
"I am very excited to announce I signed my first NIL deal! With how hard I train, I felt it made sense to sign my first deal with Ice Barrel. They are the leaders in recovery," Bassett said in a Tweet.
Altoona, PA (WJAC) — An Altoona man wanted for attempting to shoot another man at a child's birthday party earlier this year is now in custody, according to online court records.
Altoona police say 33-year-old Charles Mobley faces numerous charges, including attempted murder, aggravated assault and robbery, from the April 23 incident.
Authorities say Mobley was reportedly uninvited to the party due to a prior incident with the victim.

SOMERSET COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — A ceremony was held in Somerset County Monday evening to honor the now former Somerset Chief of Police for his years of dedication and sacrifice to the community as he heads off for retirement.
The ceremony was held at the Somerset borough building with officials and community members in attendance.
Chief of Police Randy Cox was recognized in front of his family and friends for his 47 years of service.
Blair Co., PA (WJAC) — Authorities with the Duncansville Fire Department say a family of four has been displaced following a blaze at a mobile home in Juniata Township late Tuesday morning.
911 officials say crews were called to the home, located along the 100 block of High Drive, just before 11 a.m.
According to Duncansville Fire Chief Mike Gonsman, the mobile home was destroyed and the family lost a dog in the fire.

Johnstown, PA (WJAC) — Johnstown area catholic schools say they are "rebranding."
Officials with the Bishop McCort Catholic School announced Wednesday that the district will rename Divine Mercy Catholic Academy's east and west campuses as Bishop McCort Catholic Elementary East and Bishop McCort Catholic Elementary West.
Bishop McCort Catholic High School will remain under the same name.
School officials say they think this decision will strengthen their schools and bring stability to the school systems.
JOHNSTOWN, Pa (WJAC) — Walmart says it's making some changes to its store operation hours to benefit its older customers.
Walmart's executive vice president and chief operating officer says from March 24 to April 28, stores will host an hour-long senior shopping event every Tuesday.
It's for people ages 60 and older and the Walmart executive says it will take place one hour before the stores open at 7 a.m.
