JOHNSTOWN - A New Jersey man accused of stabbing another man in Solomon Homes earlier this month has been arrested.
Police said George Jackson, 28, of Jersey City was arrested Saturday night at Solomon Homes after they responded there on an unrelated call.
He is charged with aggravated assault and robbery and is in jail on $250,000 bond.
Police issued a warrant for Jackson's arrest on May 6, two days after they said he stabbed Stephen Jones twice and stole his cell phone in building 12 at Solomon Homes.

OSCEOLA MILLS, Pa. - Osceola Mills is under a local emergency, according to the Columbia Fire Company.
The station said it has opened a shelter at their headquarters and another shelter is opened at the Catholic Church in Osceola.
The fire company said that Curtain Park Court and the Newtown and Logan Road areas were hit the hardest with flooding and several residents had to be evacuated.
The American Red Cross is responding to the area and will be visiting residents in the heaviest hit areas and will provide them with cleanup kits.

Over 150 cars with teams of two, participated in Moneyman’s scavenger hunt on Saturday. After spending nearly 12 hours looking for clues across the Johnstown area, the husband and wife team found Moneyman at the Inclined Plane.
