UPDATE:INDIANA, Pa (WJAC) — Police in Indiana Borough have issued an arrest warrant for 20-year-old Isaiah Moore, of Philadelphia, in connection to the shooting death of a 20-year-old male early Saturday morning. Indiana County coroner Jerry Overman identified the victim as Jaedyn Wright, of Pittsburgh. Investigators say Wright was shot in a parking lot, near Carriage House Apartments, around 4 a.m. Saturday. Police identified two of the four suspects in the shooting as Moore and and 17-year-old Isabella Edmonds.
STATE COLLEGE, Pa (WJAC) — Police in Patton Township say two Maryland men are facing charges after they stole a cash box from a Coinsource ATM at a State College Sheetz, according to a criminal complaint. Police say 23-year-old Ely Williams-Harr and 25-year-old James Swann both face charges of theft by unlawful taking, conspiracy to commit theft, possession of an instrument of crime and criminal mischief, according to court documents.

DEP officials say they also ordered the company to conduct a gas mitigation investigation. On Sunday, November 6, 2022, DEP personnel responded to a report of a well control incident in Jackson Township, Cambria County.

(AP) — An underage employee of an eastern Pennsylvania supermarket will be charged in connection with sewing needles found in bagged vegetables and Tastykake packages customers returned after buying, police said Thursday. Pennsylvania State Police are recommending customers check their groceries for tampering if they bought them from a Giant supermarket in suburban Allentown between Thursday, April 13, and Wednesday, April 19, when troopers were alerted. Troopers did not say what led them to blame an employee of the supermarket in Lower Macungie Township.
Clearfield Co., PA (WJAC) — Officials in Clearfield County say a woman was injured Wednesday afternoon after she reportedly fell and her hair became caught in a sawblade at a local wood-working business. Authorities say the incident occurred at Appalachian Wood Products Inc., located in Clearfield. First responders told our crew on scene that the woman was transported from the scene, via ambulance. Her condition is unknown at this time.
ERIE, Pa. (AP) — An approximately 300-pound woman has pleaded guilty to third-degree murder for killing her nearly 120-pound boyfriend by beating him with a table leg and sitting on him, rendering him unable to breathe. Authorities say 44-year-old former home health aide Windi C. Thomas entered the plea in Erie County court on Monday, agreeing to a recommended sentence of 18 to 36 years. Defense attorney Mark Del Duca says Thomas passed out on top of 44-year-old Keeno Butler as a result of drinking.
CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — Police say an alleged drug dealer accused of causing the fatal overdose of a person was arrested Tuesday at a Cambria County rehabilitation facility. According to the Altoona Police Department, 49-year-old Timothy Tombs is facing charges related to drug delivery resulting in death stemming from an investigation in April. Officers say they were called to a home on the 1600 block of 12th Street April 14 for a suspected drug overdose.
